According to André Armaganijan, CEO of Marcopolo, the decision was driven by transformations in the sector, which opened opportunities for global suppliers with production flexibility and technical capacity.

The Paradiso G8 1200 demonstrates our ability to adapt to global transport demands and reinforces our commitment to the company’s international expansion,” stated the executive.

Model adapted for the European market

Manufactured in Brazil, the Paradiso G8 1200 has been designed to meet the quality, safety, and comfort standards required in Europe. Compatible with the main chassis used on the continent, the vehicle complies with regional technical standards and homologations.

Among its differentiators are a functional design with a larger glazed area and redesigned mirrors, accessibility features including a second door between the axles and a repositioned restroom, a premium interior with aisle-sliding seats and pantograph doors, as well as embedded technologies such as a multiplex system, centralised connectivity, and a tablet-controlled dashboard.

The coach also provides active and passive safety solutions, including autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot detection, and 360° vision.

With a length of 13.5 metres, the model on display accommodates 55 passengers in Confort AA seats, with USB outlets, air conditioning, DVR audio and video system, 15.6″ monitors, LED lighting with chromotherapy, and high-performance thermal-acoustic insulation.

Busworld, regarded as the world’s largest fair exclusively dedicated to the bus industry, has been bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and operators from around the globe since 1971. The 2025 edition will take place at Brussels Expo from 4 to 9 October, between 10:00 and 18:00, and is expected to consolidate Marcopolo’s position once again among the major players in the sector.
